December 28, 2016: "SPIRITUAL LIFE!"

"Just as a candle cannot burn without fire,
men cannot live without a spiritual life.”
— Buddha

"Feed my lambs." Matthew 21:15

"The body of Christ is a spiritual substance that we incorporate into consciousness through faith out of the heavens of mind. That the food we eat has a spiritual source is proved by those who fast in spiritual faith much longer and easier than those who are forced to starve." Charles Fillmore, Mysteries of John 75

"By his own action a man finds success, worshiping the source of all creatures activity, the presence pervading all that is." Bhagavad-Gita 18:46

"All of us are hungering and thirsting after righteousness. All of us are learning how to receive that which feeds and satisfies us. So, you may rejoice this moment that the Holy Spirit is blessing you with the very things you need, and will continue to show you more and more of Truth, until you put on the full Christ consciousness." Myrtle Fillmore, How to Let God Help You 13

"All-embracing power proceeds only through the Way. What is called the Way is elusive and intangible. Intangible and elusive, yet within it are thought-images. Elusive and intangible, yet within it are objects. Deep and obscure, yet within it is the life-force. The life-force is very real, and within it is certainty." Lao Tse, Tao te Ching 21

"You are an agent of God at the place where you find yourself... Practice His Presence in all that you do and you will indeed be His agent, and the living witness to the glory of His Name." Emmett Fox, Find and Use Your Inner Power 206

"What is that to you? Follow me!" Matthew 21:22

This month we complete our year of contemplations on the Good News of the Gospels with a realization of the peace, wholeness and abundance that is ours to express through this new life of spirit. We have overcome the appearances of lack and limitation that the world presents; we have left behind the belief in separation and accepted our spiritual reality; we now open our minds to the even greater levels of experience to which we might ascend.

We focus our meditation this month upon lifting our conscious awareness of reality. We breathe deeply of the vibration of Spirit within us. We let go of all thoughts, feelings and bodily sensations. We allow our awareness of reality to expand and unite with infinite awareness, cosmic consciousness, divine oneness. We center ourselves in this awareness as we go forward to be the light.

Please affirm with us, "I am a radiating center of light and love, mighty to attract my good and to radiate good to others."

Thank you God, Thank you God, Thank you God!

For so it is and so it shall be, Amen!

December 21, 2016: "SPIRITUAL AWAKENING!"

"Wisdom tells me I am nothing.
Love tells me I am everything.
Between the two my life flows.”
— Nisargadatta Maharaj

"Why do you look for the living among the dead?" Luke 24:5

"The idea that man awakens to spiritual or any kind of consciousness immediately after "death," whether in heaven, hell, purgatory, or elsewhere, is opposed to all reason. His awakening must take place here, during the time of "life," at least while he is partially awake, and before he sinks into that deeper sleep or coma that we call death." Charles Fillmore, Mysteries of Genesis 41

"The joy of lucidity at first seems like poison but is in the end like ambrosia, from the calm of self-understanding." Bhagavad-Gita 18:37

"As we become aware of the truth that we are God's children and that God is the very intelligence within us, we discover that health also is our inheritance from the Father. We learn, too, that there is divine law in life, with established rules that make for health, happiness, and prosperity if we live by them." Myrtle Fillmore, How to Let God Help You 5

"The wise have ancient mystic wisdom and profound understanding, too deep to comprehend. Because they can not be comprehended, they can only be described by analogy: cautious, like crossing a stream in winter; alert, like one aware of danger on all sides; courteous, like a visiting guest." Lao Tse, Tao te Ching 15

"Don't wait for God to act dramatically -- because He won't. If you want anything to happen, you must bring about a change in your own mental outlook, whereupon your outer experience will automatically change to correspond." Emmett Fox, Find and Use Your Inner Power 45

"Go into all the world and proclaim the good news to the whole creation." Mark 15:15

December 14, 2016: "THE SOUL'S RAINBOW!"

"The soul would have no rainbow
if the eyes had no tears.”
—Native American proverb

"Jesus wept." John 11:35

"Jesus represents man in the regeneration.... Jesus' groaning and weeping represent the seemingly insurmountable conditions that are just before us. We should ever remember that the youth we love so well never dies; it is merely asleep in the subconscious--Jesus said that Lazarus was not dead. People grow old because they let the youth idea fall asleep." Charles Fillmore, Mysteries of John

"An agent called pure has no attachment or individualism, is resolute and energetic, unchanged in failure and success." Bhagavad-Gita 18:26

"Asplration is the soul's trying to find its wings, trying to realize wholeness in Christ. Never, until we find wholeness in Christ, shall we be satisfied." Myrtle Fillmore, How to Let God Help You

"Those filled with power are like new-born children. Poisonous insects will not sting them; ferocious beasts will not pounce upon them; predatory birds will not swoop down on them. Their bones are pliable, their muscles tender, but their grip is firm." Lao Tse, Tao te Ching 55

"The glory of God sweeps into the human soul on the wings of the morning. It is like a summer sunrise, stilling the soul, enlightening the intellect, filling the heart with a ineffable joy." Emmett Fox, Find and Use Your Inner Power

"As he came near and saw the city, he wept over it, saying, ‘If you, even you, had only recognized on this day the things that make for peace! But now they are hidden from your eyes." Luke 19:41-42

December 7, 2016: "GREATNESS!"

"Our greatness lies
not so much in being able to remake the world
as in being able to remake ourselves.”
― Mohandas Ghandi

"The one who believes in me will also do the works that I do and, in fact, will do greater works than these." John 14:11

"When we reach out into the great invisible spiritual substance all about us and think of ourselves as its expression, confidently expecting it to manifest itself through us, it will do so." Charles Fillmore, Mysteries of John

"Know that through lucid knowledge one sees in all creatures a single, unchanging existence, undivided within its divisions." Bhagavad-Gita 18:20

"As you change your thinking and bring it into line with Truth principles, a transformation will take place in your consciousness. Your mind will become keen, awake, alert, illumined, and your body temple will be filled with new life. You will be inspired with new and practical ideas that will enable you to succeed in a larger way." Myrtle Fillmore, How to Let God Help You

"Whoever is desireless, sees the essence of life. Whoever desires, sees its manifestations. These two are the same, but what is produced has different names. They both may be called the cosmic mystery: from the cosmic to the mystical is the door to the essence of all life." Lao Tse, Tao te Ching 1

"Divine Mind is infinite and within it are infinite resources... The supply is inexhaustible; the only limit lies with yourself." Emmett Fox, Find and Use Your Inner Power

"The Son can do nothing on his own, but only what he sees the Father doing; for whatever the Father does, the Son does likewise." John 5:19

November 30, 2016: "SELF LOVE!"

"You are not a drop in the ocean,
you are the entire ocean in a drop.”
 ― Rumi

"God is love, and those who abide in love abide in God, and God abides in them." 1John 4:16

"Through repeated affirmations of love toward Christ, man develops a consciousness of divine love that abides at the heart center and fills the whole body with ecstasy." Charles Fillmore, Mysteries of John

"Focus your mind on me, let your understanding enter me; then you will dwell in me without doubt." Bhagavad-Gita 12:8

"From the beginning, all of the qualities and capabilities you need in order to make for yourself a perfect destiny have been implanted in you. Through your study, understanding, and practice of Truth principles you are finding how to awaken, develop, and set free into righteous expression all of these inner spiritual resources." Myrtle Fillmore, How to Let God Help You

"Foreknowledge is the flowering of the Way and the beginning of folly. Therefore the mature dwell in the depth, not in the thin, in the fruit and not in the flowering." Lao Tse, Tao te Ching 38

"God is in you as the ocean is in a wave. The wave is nothing more nor less than the ocean expressing as a wave." Eric Butterworth, Discover The Power Within You

"As the Father has loved me, so I have loved you; abide in my love." John 15:9

We are now entering into the Spiritual Awareness demonstrated by Jesus, Budha, Baba Ji and other Spiritual Masters. Our destiny is to realize this Spiritual Presence as the source and expression of our existence. We separate the sheep (openness to Spirit: Christ ideas and awareness) from the goats (resistance to Spirit) in consciousness. Matthew:31-46. Through non-resistance (sheep) we flow with the transformative changes of Spirutal growth "up to eternal life." John 4:14.

We focus our meditation this month upon the divine spark within us; we watch it grow until we are absorbed into the infinite light of Spirit. Our daily practice is to contemplate on that which is real, loving, infinite and eternal within us. We release and let go of all that is false, lacking, limited and temporary in our lifes. We choose to live, move and have our being in a Spiritual Awareness of Faith, Peace, Love and Unity. "God is love, and those who abide in love abide in God, and God abides in them." 1John 4:16

Please affirm with us, "There is only one Presence, one Power: God the Good. I am ever one with the infinite, eternal, unlimited Presence and Power of Love. I am Love expressed!"

Thank you God, Thank you God, Thank you God!

For so it is and so it shall be, Amen!

November 23, 2016: "GRATEFUL REVERENCE!"

"Gratitude bestows reverence,
allowing us to encounter everyday epiphanies,
those transcendent moments of awe that change forever
how we experience life and the world.”

― John Milton

"Then Jesus took the loaves, and when he had given thanks, he distributed them to those who were seated; so also the fish, as much as they wanted." John 6:11

"We increase our vitality by blessing and giving thanks in spirit." Charles Fillmore, Mysteries of John

"Whatever you do -- what you take, what you offer, what you give, what penances you perform -- do as an offering to me. You will be freed from the bonds of action, from the fruit of fortune and misfortune; armed with the disciline of renunciation, your self liberated, you will join me." Bhagavad-Gita 9:27-28

"Thanksgiving and gratitude are qualities of the soul too little understood and exercised. Heaven and earth listen and respond to the soul that is quickened into praise and thanksgiving. Praise is gratitude in action." Myrtle Fillmore, How to Let God Help You

"The best leaders the people barely know. The next best they love and praise. The next they fear. And the next they hate. Those who lack trust will not be trusted. Then they resort to promises. But when they accomplish their task and complete their work, the people say, "We did it ourselves." Lao Tse, Tao te Ching 17

"Get by yourself, and be quiet for a few moments... Then begin to think about God... During this stage it is important not to think about your problem, but to give your attention to God...Then claim the thing you need... Then give thanks for the accomplished fact; as you would if somebody handed you a gift." Emmet Fox, Find and Use Your Inner Power

"So they took away the stone. And Jesus looked upwards and said, ‘Father, I thank you for having heard me." John 11:41

November 16, 2016: "SELF TRANSCENDENCE!"

"To recognize one's own insanity
is, of course, the arising of sanity,
the beginning of healing and transcendence.”

― Eckhart Tolle, A New Earth: Awakening to Your Life's Purpose

"The kingdom of God cometh not with observation: Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you." Luke 17:20-21 KJV

"The open and receptive and believing mind can see the things that take place in the Christ Mind, thus transcending the capacity of the unillumined natural man." Charles Fillmore, Mysteries of John

"When his thought ceases, checked by the exersise of discipline, he is content within the self, seeing the self through himself." Bhagavad-Gita 6:20

"Mind is omnipresent, and it is through letting the same Mind that is in Christ Jesus be in us that we transcend the limitations of the material mind." Myrtle Fillmore, How to Let God Help You

"When the great Way is forgotten, the doctrines of humanity and morality arise... When a country falls into chaos and disorder, there is praise of loyal patriots. Abandon wisdom and discard cleverness, and people will benefit a hundredfold... People need what they can depend on: reveal simplicity; embrace the natural; control selfishness; reduce desires." Lao Tse, Tao te Ching 18, 19

"Divine Love has to become a sense of love in your own heart if it is to heal you -- or anyone else by means of you." Emmet Fox, Find and Use Your Inner Power

is to change his awareness of himself.”
—Abraham H. Maslow.

"It is not you who speak, but the Spirit of your Father speaking through you." Matthew 10:20

"So we see that Jesus taught plainly that God functions in and through man and nature instead of being a person somewhere in the skies; also that we demonstrate God by making His Spirit manifest in our life." Charles Fillmore, Mysteries of John

"Disciplining himself, his mind controlled, a man of discipline finds peace, the pure calm that exists in me." Bhagavad-Gita 6:15

"This spiritual Truth is that you are God's own beloved child and that God is ever giving you His own wisdom, love, power, life, and substance." Myrtle Fillmore, How to Let God Help You

"The spirit of the valley never dies. It is called the mystical female. The door of the mystical female is the root of heaven and earth. It seems to be continuously within us. Use it, and it will never be exhausted." Lao Tse, Tao te Ching 6

"The story of your life is really the story of the relations between yourself and God." Emmet Fox, Find and Use Your Inner Power

"This is the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees him nor knows him. You know him, because he abides with you, and he will be in you." John 14:17

November 2, 2016: "SELF REALIZATION!"

 "Self-realization is
the knowing in mind, body and soul that
we are one with the omnipresence of God."

― Paramahansa Yogananda

"In that day you will know that I am in my Father, and you in me, and I in you." John 14 ;20

"Each one of us has a Divine Self which is spiritual and perfect but which is never seen on this plane. That is the true man, God's man, and is what we call today, 'the Christ within.' It is the real you, or the real he, or she." Emmet Fox, Find and Use Your Inner Power

"The kingdom of God is not coming with signs to be observed;... for behold, the kingdom of God is in the midst of you." Luke 17:20-21

October 26, 2016: "CREATIVE REGENERATION!"

"Deep, unspeakable suffering
may well be called a baptism, a regeneration,
the initiation into a new state."
― Ira Gershwin

"The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it." John 1:5

"In regeneration there is a permanent transmutation of physical vitality into higher consciousness, and a new element is introduced into the organism." Charles Fillmore, Mysteries of John

"When they cease from evil and act with virtue, they devote themselves to me, firm in their vows, freed from the delusion of duality. Trusting me, men strive for freedom from old age and death; they know the infinite spirit, its inner self and all its action." Bhagavad-Gita 7:28-29

"Your Christ Self has an infinite capacity for expression along spiritual lines. Your I AM consciousness is taking an active part in the work of redemption and regeneration that is going forward in you." Myrtle Fillmore, How to Let God Help You

"The Way is infinite; its use is never exhausted. It is bottomless, like the fountainhead of all things. It smoothes its roughness; it unties its tangles. It softens its light; it calms its turmoil. Deep and still, ever present." Lao Tse, Tao te Ching 4

"Practice God's Presence in all that you do and you will indeed be a Divine Agent, and the living witness to the glory of God's Name." Emmet Fox, Find and Use Your Inner Power

"Do you love me more than these? ...Feed my lambs... Tend my sheep... Feed my sheep... Follow me." John 21:15-19

This month we meditate upon the Principle of Creation and the process of Transformation into the "New LIfe" of Spirit. We will refer to the Gospel of John as our guide to the Regeneration. John's focus is on the "Word" as the expression of God as the underlying essence of manifestation. The seven miracles or "signs" of Jesus in John's Gospel lead toward the last great demonstration: the Crucifixion, Resurrection and Ascension (20:1-10.) This is the final process of transformation: release, renew, regenerate.

Our daily practice is to contemplate the power of our words to shape our reality. What thoughts are occupying my mind, what ideas do I hang onto, what words have I used to define my experiences? We can choose again. We can choose to release the negative, destructive, thoughts, ideas and words. We choose to be renewed with positive, constructive, thoughts, ideas and words. We consciously participate in the Regeneration.

Please affirm with us, "God is my Source; I relax, let go and let God's good come forth; I am a new creation in Spirit, Mind and Body!"

October 19, 2016: "RENEWED CREATION!"

"Inside myself is a place where I live all alone
and that is where I renew my springs that never dry up."
― Pearl S. Buck

"Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God." John 3:3 KJV

"This chapter of John contains some of the vital truths taught in Christianity: the evolution of man from natural to spiritual consciousness, and the incarnation of Jesus Christ as the divine patern for all men who are seeking the way of life." Charles Fillmore, Mysteries of John

"Composed of nature's qualities, my divine magic is hard to escape; but those who seek refuge in me cross over this magic." Bhagavad-Gita 7:14

"We know that the body is periodically renewed. We can renew and rebuild it and change its appearance by changing our thoughts and living habits." Myrtle Fillmore, How to Let God Help You

"To yield is to preserve unity. To bend is to become straight. To empty oneself is to become full. To wear oneself out is to be renewed. To have little is to be content. To have abundance is to be troubled. Therefore the wise embrace the One and become examples for the world." Lao Tse, Tao te Ching 22

"You think, and your thoughts materialize as experience; and thus it is, all unknown to yourself as a rule, that you are actually weaving the pattern of your own destiny, here and now, by the way in which you allow yourself to think, day by day and all day long." Emmet Fox, Find and Use Your Inner Power

"Very truly, I tell you, you will weep and mourn, but the world will rejoice; you will have pain, but your pain will turn into joy." John 16:20

October 12, 2016: "UNBOUND CREATION!"

"Every act of creation
is first an act of destruction."
― Pablo Picasso

"Neither this man nor his parents sinned; he was born blind so that God’s works might be revealed in him." John 9:3

"The works of God that we are to make manifest are the perfect ideas of a perfect-man idea in Divine Mind." Charles Fillmore, Mysteries of John

"Learn that this is the womb of all creatures; I am the source of all the universe, just as I am its dissolution." Bhagavad-Gita 7:6

"Before we can enter into the kingdom of God (Spirit or Mind) which opens to us through this new way of thinking and living, we must drop old prejudices and old thoughts and sit meekly down to learn what is true. We must let go of old beliefs in sin, sickness, and death." Myrtle Fillmore, How to Let God Help You

"Therefore the wise know themselves but do not display themselves. They love themselves but do not exalt themselves. They let go of one and accept the other." Lao Tse, Tao te Ching 72

"To solve a problem, or to bring some good into your life, you have to make a new mental 'set-up' concerning the matter in question... You have to break down the old mental concept and carefully build up a new one, just as an old building has to be torn down before a new one can go up on the same site." Emmet Fox, Find and Use Your Inner Power

"Jesus said, ‘Take away the stone.’ ...So they took away the stone... Jesus said to them, ‘Unbind him, and let him go.’" John 11:39-44

October 5, 2016: "THE CREATIVE PRINCIPLE"

"Everything,
at first, is an idea,
a special creation. "
―   Paramahansa Yogananda

"In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God." John 1:1

"Man may get a comprehension of the creative process of Being by analyzing the action of his own mind. First is mind, then the idea in mind of what the act is to be, then the act itself. Thus the Word and the divine process of creation are identical." Charles Fillmore, Mysteries of John

"I will teach you the totality of knowledge and judgment; this known, nothing else in the world need be known." Bhagavad-Gita 7:2

"There is no right foundation thought but the true thought of Creator, creation, and existence. God is Creator. We are creation. We exist or show forth our Creator. We are not showing forth, therefore, except as we show forth good." Myrtle Fillmore, How to Let God Help You

"There is something mysterious and whole which existed before heaven and earth, silent, formless, complete, and never changing. Living eternally everywhere in perfection, it is the mother of all things. I do not know its name; I call it the Way." Lao Tse, Tao te Ching 25

"The universe is run exactly on the lines of a cafeteria. Unless you claim - mentally - what you want, you may sit and wait forever." Emmet Fox, Find and Use Your Inner Power

"Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your minds, so that you may discern what is the will of God—what is good and acceptable and perfect." Romans 12:2
