“Individuality is only possible if it unfolds from wholeness.”
— David Bohm

"When the Spirit of truth comes, he will guide you into all the truth. He will not speak on his own; he will speak only what he hears, and he will tell you what is yet to come.” John 16:13

"To the Christian Metaphysician the Holy Spirit is just what the name implies, the whole Spirit of God in action." Charles Fillmore, Jesus Christ Heals 182

"You should cleanse and purify your heart through fasting and austerities, wash your spirit to make it clean and repress your knowledge. The Tao is profound and almost impossible to describe!" The Book of Chuang Tzu, Martin Palmer, et. al. 191

"As we do really cooperate with the Spirit of God in fulfilling His plan in us, all that is within us bursts into the beauty of wholeness." Myrtle Fillmore, Healing Letters 41

"When combined with the Western way of doing things, the Buddhist principle of seeing and acting non-dualistically will totally change our way of life." Thich Nhat Hanh, Being Peace 84

"When we are conscious of the fact that in our life and our work we are true to the eternal principle of right, of truth, of justice that runs through all the universe... we will always be tranquil and undisturbed." Ralph Waldo Trine, In Tune With The Infinite. 89

"It is inevitable that as the consciousness of man is spiritualized so is his body." Elizabeth Sand Turner, Your Hope of Glory, 266

“One does not become enlightened by imagining figures of light, but by making the darkness conscious. The latter procedure, however, is disagreeable and therefore not popular.” ― C.G. Jung

“With that he breathed on them and said, 'Receive the Holy Spirit.'” John 20:22

As we complete this year of sharing The Good News of the Gospels, this month we reflect on the New LIfe of Spirit we may choose to live.

Jesus' final demonstration of spiritual awareness: his crucifixion, resurrection and ascension, is an inspiration for all of us to " the works that I do; and greater works than these..." John 13:12. In this demonstration Jesus plays out a common mythological theme of death and rebirth. As far back as four thousand years ago to Tammuz in Sumner, Osiris in Egypt, Dionysus, Bachus, Baal, Mithras and more have played out this theme.

Jesus takes this theme to a new level, the ascension experience: not only born again but from above, rising to a new level of consciousness. This is the Holy Spirit level, allowing the Whole Spirit of God to be in action in us.

Here we realize our wholeness, live in harmony with the universe, conscious of the animating principle of life, the omnipresence of Truth and of our unity.

Thank you for accompanying us on this journey of self-discovery!

Please affirm with us: “I Am the Whole Spirit of God in action; I realize peace, wholeness and abundance in unity; We are one!"

Thank you God, thank you God, thank you God!

For so it is and so it shall be, Amen!

November 24, 2021 - "THE SPIRIT OF TRUTH!"

“Truth is exact correspondence with reality.”
— Paramahansa Yogananda

"I will ask the Father, and he will give you another advocate to help you and be with you forever— the Spirit of truth.” John 14:16-17

"The Spirit of Truth is God's thought projecting into our minds ideas that will build a spiritual consciousness... it brings new life into our bodies." Charles Fillmore, Jesus Christ Heals 180

"Your shape is given you by Heaven and Earth. Life is not yours to have, it is the combining harmony of Heaven and Earth... You should walk, therefore, as if you don't know where you are gong; remain where you are without knowing why; eat without knowing what you're tasting. All this arises from the yang breath of Heaven and Earth." The Book of Chuang Tzu, Martin Palmer, et. al. 190-91

"God has much to be done, and He will reveal the plan to those who seek it, and will open the way of progress and success to those who are really willing to give up preconceived opinions and to grasp the Truth as the Holy Spirit reveals it." Myrtle Fillmore, Healing Letters 125

"Without being peace, we cannot do anything for peace. If we cannot smile, we cannot help other people to smile. If we are not peaceful, then we cannot contribute to the peace movement." Thich Nhat Hanh, Being Peace 80

"In the degree that we come into a full realization of our oneness with the Infinite Power do we become calm and quiet, undisturbed by the little occurrences that before so vex and annoy us." Ralph Waldo Trine, In Tune With The Infinite. 88

"There comes a time to each of us in our spiritual ongoing when the lesser good should be overshadowed by the greater. Our goal is nothing less than the realization of complete oneness with God. This is Christ mastery." Elizabeth Sand Turner, Your Hope of Glory, 239-40

“Truth is ever to be found in simplicity, and not in the multiplicity and confusion of things." - Isaac Newton

“Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.” John 14:27

Between Jesus' return to Jerusalem and his arrest and crucifixion lie much of his most difficult and least understood teachings. When we read the sayings about "The end of the age", "The Great Judgement" and the coming of the Kingdom (second coming) from a literal standpoint, they can be quite confusing and troublesome. If we are, confused and troubled by them, then we have missed the keys to their understanding. "Truly I say to you, this generation will not pass away till all these things take place," (Mt 24:34, Mk 13:30, Lk 21:32)

Literally, these events did take place within the span of the generation to whom Jesus was speaking. The similarity of these events and later occurrences to the present day are testimony to the truth that our lessons repeat themselves until they are learned.

This month we are focusing on some of the promises of Jesus' final teachings that come with trusting God as our source and supply, turning to the indwelling presence of Spirit, the Divine harmony, protection and guidance of the Spirit of Truth.

Thank you for accompanying us on this journey of self-discovery!

Please affirm with us: “There is only One Presence, One Power, God the Good Omnipotence!"

Thank you God, thank you God, thank you God!

For so it is and so it shall be, Amen!

"We want to help you to live the Christ life here and now, which means to live a life of understanding trust in the good; of joyous activity, mental and physical; of freedom from fear and worry; of loving contact with your fellows, without anxiety as to their apparent shortcomings or selfishness." Myrtle Fillmore, Healing Letters 85

"Reconciliation is to understand both sides, to go to one side and describe the suffering by the other side... Doing only that will be a great help for peace." Thich Nhat Hanh, Being Peace 70

"Peace is to be found within, and unless one find it there he will never find it at all." Ralph Waldo Trine, In Tune With The Infinite. 87

"Jesus artfully combined the Ten Commandments into two. The Decalogue treats of man's right attitude toward God and his fellow man. The spiritual teaching of all the religious seers of the ages is summed up in these two Commandments given by the Great Teacher." Elizabeth Sand Turner, Your Hope of Glory, 210

“Jesus said to them again, 'Peace be with you. As the Father has sent me, so I send you.'” John 20:21

The Gospel according to John is often called "The Spiritual Gospel" for it differs dramatically from the other 3, both in form and content as well as in flavor. His focus is on the Principle of Creation, the "Word" or Logos. This parallels the very beginning of the Old Testament story of creation through the word (Genesis 1) 'God said.' And now the principle of creation 'became flesh and dwelt among us'.

John's Gospel is organized around the framework of seven miracles or 'signs' of Jesus. This parallels not only the seven days of creation in Genesis but the seven-fold series of seven visions in the book of Revelation. These signify the signs of transformation revealed by John is these 2 books.

First is the turning of water to wine at the wedding in Cana (vs. 2:1-11). This signifies the union and transformation of dominant states of consciousness.

Second is the healing of the officials son (vs. 4:46-54). This signifies a new 'Universal' awareness of the relationship of man and God. There is not us and them, you and me, there is only one,

Third is the healing of the man at Bethzatha (vs. 5:1-18). This signifies a new relationship with the world as an expression of spirit.

Fourth is the feeding of the 5,000 (vs. 6:1 -14). This signifies a new awareness of God as 'substance' the source of all there is, everywhere present, abundantly available to fulfill our every need and desire.

Fifth is the healing of the man born blind (vs. 9:1-7) which shows that this substance is readily manifest as we learn to do 'the works of God'.

Sixth is the raising of Lazarus (vs. 11:1-44) which represents the overcoming of the last enemy: error consciousness.

Seventh is the great demonstration: the Crucifixion, Resurrection and Ascension (vs. 20:1-10). This is the final process of transformation in the New Life of Spirit: Release, Renew, Regenerate.

Thank you for accompanying us on this journey of self-discovery!

Please affirm with us: “I AM complete, healed and whole, shining in the reflection of God Love!"

Thank you God, thank you God, thank you God!

For so it is and so it shall be, Amen!
