September 29, 2017 - " TRANSFORMED!"
“Transformation literally means
going beyond your form.”
― Wayne Dyer
"Early on the first day of the week, while it was still dark, Mary Magdalene came to the tomb and saw that the stone had been removed from the tomb." John 20:1
"A resurrection takes place in us every time we thus rise to a realization of the perpetual indwelling life that connects us with the Father.” Charles Fillmore, Mysteries of John 168

"By being perfectly conscious of all that is within us... a process of unification and transformation can take place in which we are lifted to a higher level of being." John Sanford, The Kingdom Within, 132-3
“But go to my brothers and say to them, “I am ascending to my Father and your Father, to my God and your God.'" John 20:17
Jesus' final demonstration, the seventh sign in the book of John, is his resurrection. This is proceeded by his arrest, trial and crucifixion; it does not happen without these dramatic events. And, it begins when he turned within. In the synoptic gospels, Matthew, Mark and Luke, he enters the garden and begins to pray. In John he prays before entering the garden, see chapter 17. In order to transcend or overcome the trials and tribulations of the world, of daily living, we first enter the garden of the soul where God is with prayer.
We invite you to join with us this month as we consciously enter into the garden of our soul. It is here where we are aware of the presence and power of the infinite, unlimited, eternal existence that is God. Here we are prepared to meet every challenge that may come from the without.
Please affirm with us: “The resurrecting power of Christ is alive in me now! I AM RISEN!”
Thank you God, Thank you God, Thank you God!
For so it is and so it shall be, Amen!
September 20, 2017 - "TRANSCEND!"

to transcend mankind.”
― Karl Wilhelm Friedrich Schlegel

“Acting only for me, intent on me, free from attachment, hostile to no creature, a man of devotion comes to me.” Bhagavad-Gita 11:55
"Our restlessness represents a power that is crying out to be expressed. It may take the form of appetite or of ambition, but rightly directed it will be a wonderful something within us that will transcend all the desires of the outer senses." Myrtle Fillmore, How to Let God Help You 95
"Seeing the small is insight; to stay with the gentle is strength. Use the Light, return to insight, and thereby be preserved from harm. This is practicing the eternal." Lao Tse, Tao te Ching 52

"Jesus became one of our human family for a purpose, to make it possible for us to attain spiritual consciousness, which we could not do without the example of someone who had attained the goal.” Charles Fillmore, Mysteries of John 162
“I am the beginning, the middle, and the end of creations; of sciences, I am the science of the self.” Bhagavad-Gita 10:32
"Mind is omnipresent, and it is through letting the same Mind that is in Christ Jesus be in us that we transcend the limitations of the material mind." Myrtle Fillmore, How to Let God Help You 119
"The beginning of the universe is the mother of all things. Those who discover the mother understand the children. Understanding the children and returning to the mother, they live always free from harm." Lao Tse, Tao te Ching 52
"When Jesus speaks of faith, he is speaking of a certain capacity of a person to affirm life in spite of what life may bring, and even in the face of doubts." John Sanford, The Kingdom Within, 123-124

“Dwelling compassionately deep in the self, I dispel darkness born of ignorance with the radiant light of knowledge.” Bhagavad-Gita 10:11
"None of us has learned to abide in the Christ consciousness continuously, but the times we do rise into it keep us growing and overcoming and establishing more and more of its Truth in our lives." Myrtle Fillmore, How to Let God Help You 84-85
"The softest things in the world overcome the hardest. Non-being penetrates even where there is no space. Through this I know the value of non-action. Teaching without words and the value of non-action are understood by few in the world." Lao Tse, Tao te Ching 43
"The more we are identified with the mask, the more the unconscious will set up an opposing viewpoint in the form of the inner enemy... the recognition of the inner enemy has a transforming effect upon us." John Sanford, The Kingdom Within, 83, 85
“The glory that you have given me I have given them, so that they may be one, as we are one, I in them and you in me, that they may become completely one, so that the world may know that you have sent me and have loved them even as you have loved me." John 17:22-23
In between the raising of Lazarus and the last of the seven signs or miracles found in the Gospel of John, the Gospel of Transformation, is an interlude where Jesus concludes his public ministry. Like Matthew in the Sermon on the Mount, chapters 5, 6 & 7, John lays out for us his version of Jesus' core message of peace, love and unity. Here, in chapters 12 - 17, John sets the stage for Jesus' final demonstration.
Join us this month as we consciously participate in an awareness of the peace that rises above the world, the God love in which we abide, our unity with God and all of God's creation.
Please affirm with us, “I open my heart to love, I open my mind to peace, I open my soul to joy, I open my being to God!”
Thank you God, Thank you God, Thank you God!
For so it is and so it shall be, Amen!
August 23, 2017 - "LOVE AND HAPPINESS!"

to love and be loved.”
~ George Sand
‘This is my commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you." John 15:12

it is a virtue, a state of mind,
a disposition for benevolence, confidence, justice.”
~ Benedict Spinoza
“Do not let your hearts be troubled. Believe in God, believe also in me. In my Father’s house there are many dwelling-places. If it were not so, would I have told you that I go to prepare a place for you?" John 14:1-2
"The Father, God, "Spirit," is within the Son as the animating principle. The full recognition by man of this indwelling Spirit, as it was in Jesus, makes man the central figure and ruling power in the manifest universe. 'The kingdom of God is within you.'” Charles Fillmore, Mysteries of John 130
“Nature, with me as her inner eye, bears animate and inanimate beings and by reason of this the universe continues to turn.” Bhagavad-Gita 9:10
"The Christ Mind can and will direct the soul in taking up its wonderful work in the body, that it may continue to have this very necessary vehicle of expression. The light of the Christ Mind enables one to see all things in right relation, so that peace can prevail." Myrtle Fillmore, How to Let God Help You 14
"Foreknowledge is the flowering of the Way and the beginning of folly. Therefore the mature dwell in the depth, not in the thin, in the fruit and not in the flowering. They reject one and accept the other." Lao Tse, Tao te Ching 38
"With the ripping away of the masks we have been wearing and the exposure of what has been hidden within, we come to the key to the ethic of the kingdom... only those who are conscious of the total self and whose 'hearts' are not hidden to them, can reach a deeper morality." “Just as the wide-moving wind is constantly present in space, so all creatures exist in me; understand it to be so!.” Bhagavad-Gita 9:6
"Your spiritual awakening is the important thing. It will increase your consciousness of your unity with God Mind and will give you greater freedom of expression through the various centers of consciousness in your body." Myrtle Fillmore, How to Let God Help You 10
"The Way never interferes, yet through it everything is done. If leaders would follow the Way, the world would be reformed of its own accord." Lao Tse, Tao te Ching 37
"A person who takes his or her 'heart' seriously ultimately arrives at the kingdom, for it is when we consciously accept the inner world that the possibility for wholeness emerges." John Sanford, The Kingdom Within, 73

August 2, 2017 - "RISING ABOVE!"
“Truth will rise above falsehood
as oil above water.”

“And I, when I am lifted up from the earth, will draw all people to myself." John 12:32
"Jesus' mission on earth was to save the race from bondage, from sin, sickness, and death.” Charles Fillmore, Mysteries of John 120
“The whole universe is pervaded by my unmanifest form.” Bhagavad-Gita 9:4
"Philosophy teaches that all that was ever known exists in the world of ideas. When we are able to rise into this realm, we shall know all things. But, in order to rise into it, we must learn to forget the false sense of the body" Myrtle Fillmore, How to Let God Help You 39
"Hold to the great form, and all the world follows, following without meeting harm, in health, peace, and happiness." Lao Tse, Tao te Ching 35

“I am the gate. Whoever enters by me will be saved, and will come in and go out and find pasture." John 10:9
"The true healer is always the teacher and instructs his patients how to open the door to the 'good shepherd,' the divine I AM.” Charles Fillmore, Mysteries of John 100
“Beyond this unmanifest nature is another unmanifest existence, a timeless being that does not perish when all creatures perish. It is man's highest spirit, won by singular devotion, in whom creatures rest and the whole universe extends.” Bhagavad-Gita 8:20,22
"The real purpose of your life is to express the creation of God -- to unfold the many departments of your mind which God has planned for you, and which will enable you to know and to do His will." Myrtle Fillmore, How to Let God Help You 6-7
"The great Way flows everywhere, both left and right. All things derive their life from it, and it does not turn away from them. It accomplishes its work, but does not take possession. It provides for and nourishes everything, but does not control them. Always without desires, it may be considered small. The destination of all things, yet claiming nothing, it may be considered great. Because it never claims greatness, its greatness is achieved." Lao Tse, Tao te Ching 34
"The yoke of Christ is the yoke of becoming conscious." John Sanford, The Kingdom Within, 68
“I came that they may have life, and have it abundantly." John 10:10
The raising of Lazarus is the sixth of the seven miracles or 'signs' that are found in the Gospel of John, the Gospel of Transformation. We are overcoming “The last enemy" (1cor 15:26), the beginning of error consciousness “the father of all lies.” (John 8:44) We are eternal beings, death and birth are but doors through which we enter and depart this earthly experience.
This month we release all error beliefs of lack and limitation, sickness and death, conflict and struggle; we release them back into the nothingness from which they came. We affirm the truth of our divine life that we live with God and share with each other.
Please affirm with us, “I am one with the abundant life of God. I am filled with health, harmony and prosperity. God is my life, I live God!”
Thank you God, Thank you God, Thank you God!
For so it is and so it shall be, Amen!
July 19, 2017 - "TRANSCENDENCE!"
“You are not a drop in the ocean,
you are the entire ocean in a drop.”
“You are from below, I am from above; you are of this world, I am not of this world." John 8:23
"Through self-righteous adherence to outer forms man resists his true unfoldment or evolution. The egotistical personality assumes that its world of phenomena is real and that all talk about disappearing into spirit is illusion.” Charles Fillmore, Mysteries of John 87
“Knowing the fruit of virtue assigned to sacred lore, to sacrifices, to penances, and to acts of charity, the man of discipline transcends all this and ascends to the place of pure beginning.” Bhagavad-Gita 8:28
"There is little comfort to be gotten out of our struggles with experience here, if they count for nothing; but shown the golden purpose that links our efforts and struggles with life's ascending spiral, we feel that we belong above and not below, and are reconciled with climbing." Myrtle Fillmore, How to Let God Help You 144
"Those who know others are wise. Those who know themselves are enlightened. Those who overcome others require force. Those who overcome themselves need strength. Those who are content are wealthy. Those who persevere have will power. Those who do not lose their center endure. Those who die but maintain their power live eternally." Lao Tse, Tao te Ching 33
"The kingdom is not obedience, but creativity; it is not restoration to a former primitive state from which we fell, but is reunification on a much higher level." John Sanford, The Kingdom Within, 66
"Very truly, I tell you, whoever keeps my word will never see death.” John 8:51
July 12, 2017 - "AWAKENING!"
"An awake heart
is like a sky that pours light."
“Then Jesus, again greatly disturbed, came to the tomb. It was a cave, and a stone was lying against it. Jesus said, ‘Take away the stone.’" John 11:38 - 39
"The "stone" that holds the sleeping life in the tomb of matter in subconsciousness is the belief in the permanency of present material laws. This "stone" must be rolled away through faith. The man who wants the inner life to spring forth must believe in the reality of omnipresent spiritual life and must exercise his faith by invoking in prayer the presence of the invisible but omnipresent God.” Charles Fillmore, Mysteries of John 110
“One should remember man's spirit as the guide, the primordial poet, smaller than an atom, granter of all things, in form inconceivable, the color of the sun beyond darkness.” Bhagavad-Gita 8:9
"Keep your soul open to the shining light of Truth by denial of past or future claims upon you, for you live in the now." Myrtle Fillmore, How to Let God Help You 46

the whole world would serve them spontaneously." Lao Tse, Tao te Ching 32
"This process of becoming an individual may also be likened to a purging, in which the individual, no longer secure in group identification, is plunged into the inner fire, there to be purged, purified, and made fit for the kingdom." John Sanford, The Kingdom Within, 59
"The dead man came out, his hands and feet bound with strips of cloth, and his face wrapped in a cloth. Jesus said to them, ‘Unbind him, and let him go.’” John 11:44

or to walk on the water,
but to walk on the earth."
~ Chinese Proverb
“So the sisters sent to him, saying, ‘Lord, he whom you love is ill.' But when Jesus heard it he said, ‘this illness is not unto death; it is for the glory of God, so that the Son of God may be glorified by means of it.'” John 11:3-4
"Metaphysically interpreted, Lazarus represents the spiritual strength that comes to man through his recognition of God as his supporting, sustaining, power. When man fails to recognize God as the origin and support of his life, spiritual understanding becomes weak in him and he sinks into materiality. To all intents he is dead to the Truth of his own being.” Charles Fillmore, Mysteries of John 107
“Eternal and supreme is the infinite spirit, its inner self is called inherent being; its creative force, known as action, is the source of creatures’ existence.” Bhagavad-Gita 8:3
"We are indebted to Jesus Christ and His fearless propagation of Truth for our knowledge of this saving science. He demonstrated that sin, sickness, and death are false quantities and are no part of a correct statement of life." Myrtle Fillmore, How to Let God Help You 25
"Whoever advises a leader according to the Way opposes conquest by force of arms. The use of force tends to rebound. Where armies march, thorns and brambles grow. Whenever a great army is formed, scarcity and famine follow. The skillful achieve their purposes and stop. They dare not rely on force. " Lao Tse, Tao te Ching 30
"The kingdom of God calls us to go beyond this ancient herd instinct and to establish an individual consciousness of oneself and of God. Being a disciple means following the call to the individual Way." John Sanford, The Kingdom Within, 58
"Jesus said to her, ‘I am the resurrection and the life. Those who believe in me, even though they die, will live, and everyone who lives and believes in me will never die.” John 11:25-26
