March 27, 2024 – GOD-MIND!
“Mind is god and god is Mind.” — Anaxagoras
“In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.” John 1:1.
“When your mind comes around again to the subject of prosperity, realize most strongly that your prosperity comes from God. It came with you from God, from your contact with God-Mind in your silence, and your prosperity is right with you wherever you are.” Prosperity, Charles Fillmore, 52
“The Absolute works with nothing. The workshop, the materials are what does not exist. Try and be a sheet of paper with nothing on it. Be a spot of ground where nothing is growing, where something might be planted, a seed, possibly, from the Absolute.” The Essential Rumi, Coleman Barks, et. al., 15.
“Do not be concerned if you do not always get from your study and your prayers the results that your senses take cognizance of. Your spiritual awakening is the important thing. It will increase your consciousness of your unity with God Mind and will give you greater freedom of expression through the various centers of consciousness in your body.” Myrtle Fillmore, How To Let God Help You, 10.
“The birth of every child is important, not less that the birth of a Buddha. We, too, are a Buddha, a Buddha-to-be, and we continue to be born every minute.” Thich Nhat Hanh, Living Buddha, Living Christ, 46.
“Consciously remember that the son of God abides in you, and this son of God is your meat, your bread, your supply, your safety, your income forever. Your consciousness of this indwelling spiritual Presence is your eternal supply, your consciousness.” Joel Goldsmith, The Altitude of Prayer, 77.
“Long before he knew anything about scientific formulas or historical facts, man was finding truths and trying to express them. He has painted them and sung them and recited them and acted them out in rites. He was doing this before he had words to express truth in. Without words he was expressing truth very well. Words are second hand conveyors of truth.” James Dillet Freeman, Prayer the Master Key, 75.
“It is reasonable to believe in the existence of a third level of mind, a mental component of the universe. If we believe in this … and call it God, then we can say that we are small pieces of God’s mental apparatus.” — Freeman Dyson (physicist).
“Happy is the man who finds wisdom, and the man who gets understanding, for the gain from it is better than gain from silver and its profit better than gold.” Proverbs 3:13-14.

“So each day, duty may become a joy for her who carries along with her work the idea of its spiritual significance, by keeping her thought busied with the Substance while her hand deals with the symbol.” Myrtle Fillmore, How To Let God Help You, 171.
“Jesus is the Son of God and the Son of Man. We are all, at the same time, the sons and daughters of God and the children of our parents. This means we are of the same reality as Jesus.” Thich Nhat Hanh, Living Buddha, Living Christ, 44.
“The entire air that surrounds me is an ocean of God, and it fills me outside and inside. I live and move and have my being in this ocean of God, in this sea of love and wisdom. I am in God, and God is in me.” Joel Goldsmith, The Altitude of Prayer, 76.

“In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. The earth was without form and void, and darkness was upon the face of the deep; and the Spirit of God was moving over the face of the waters.” Genesis 1:1-2.
“Let us all know that just now we are in the very presence of creative Mind, the Mind that made the universe and everything in it. “All beings in the animal, plant, and mineral worlds are potential Buddhas. We all contain these ten qualities of a Buddha in the core of our being. If we can realize these qualities in our selves, we will be respected and honored by all people.” Thich Nhat Hanh, Living Buddha, Living Christ, 43-44.
“No one has ever seen what causes the seed to become a full-grown tree or what brings forth the fruit. That is an invisible process. Scripture tells us that all things that are formed are formed of things that are not seen and that which is not seen is the invisible Something, the invisible Presence, the invisible Power.” Joel Goldsmith, The Altitude of Prayer, 75.

“Every act of creation is first an act of destruction.” — Pablo Picasso

“In this study, as in all others, we must start in the one Mind. God… Here then is our starting point in building a prosperity consciousness and making our world as we would have it. We all have faith, for it is innate in every man. Our question is how we may put it to work in our affairs.” Charles Fillmore, Prosperity 42.
“Lo, I am with you always means when you look for God, God is in the look of your eyes, in the thought of looking, nearer to you than your self, or things that have happened to you.” The Essential Rumi, Coleman Barks, et. al., 13.
“This planet is in reality a thought of Divine Mind and it is alive with the same vivifying intelligence that animates man. Its real Self is spiritual and corresponds to the Christ principle, which is the life of man. It is the habitation of the perfected souls that have come into a consciousness of their unity with the one Mind, and as we go within ourselves in the silence we come into a certain degree of harmony with it. It is what Jesus spoke of as the heaven that is within you.” Myrtle Fillmore, How To Let God Help You, 81.

“Prayer is a ladder. We lean it up against the world and climb up on it. We climb up on it and try to get a new view of things. We climb up on it and try to fix the gutters of our thought or repair the roof of our life.” James Dillet Freeman, Prayer the Master Key, 70.

THE OPEN DOOR IN ‘24
Our theme for 2024 is: “The Open Door.” It is time to focus on what is true, what is helpful, intuitive, necessary and kind (think). “After this I looked, and lo, in heaven an open door!” (Revelation 4:1)
It is often said that, “When one door closes another door opens.” There is always an open door, yet we tend to focus on the closed door. Banging our head against it, weeping about it, complaining to our friends and those who will listen, will not open the closed door. And, when we raise our vision in a heaven state of consciousness and see the door that is open to us; we see beyond the appearances of lack and limitation to know the truth of the abundant universe that provides for our every needed good.
Our weekly Prayer Circle letters this year will follow the book ‘Prosperity’ by Unity co-founder, Charles Fillmore. “Realize first of all that prosperity is not wholly a matter of capital or environment but a condition brought about by certain ideas that have been allowed to rule in the consciousness. When these ideas are changed the conditions are changed in spite of environment and all appearances, which must also change to conform to the new ideas.”(pg. 80.) Prosperity is not about stuff and things, material objects or bank accounts. It is the consciousness that draws to us all that we need and desire. Its realization requires first a change of mind about our relationship with the universe and its creator (to repent is to ‘think again’) and then to act in accord with this new understanding.
This March we will share from Lesson Three: Faith in the Invisible Substance, the Key to Demonstration.
Thank you for accompanying us on this journey of self-realization and discovery of our Divine potential!
Please affirm with us: “My mind is set on faith in the substance of God working in and through me to increase and bring abundance into my world!”
Thank you God, thank you God, thank you God!
February 28, 2024 – SPIRITUAL QUICKENING!
“The spiritual is the parent of the practical.” — Thomas Carlyle
“Teach me to do thy will, for thou art my God! Let thy good spirit lead me on a level path!” Psalm 143:10.
“We open the way for great demonstrations by recognizing the Presence and praising it, by thanking the Father for Spiritual quickening. We quicken our life by affirming that we are alive with the life of Spirit; our intelligence by affirming our oneness with divine intelligence; and we quicken the indwelling, interpenetrating substance by recognizing and claiming it as our own.” Charles Fillmore, Prosperity 35.
“There is an original inside me. What’s here is a mirror of that, for you… Who am I then? His empty begging bowl.” The Essential Rumi, Coleman Barks, et. al., 12.
“All new experiences that try your faith are just opportunities for you to make the Good manifest. Best of all, these experiences are the steppingstones upon which you are progressing to more advanced things. They cause you to quicken, awaken, and bring forth into expression more of your innate capabilities that are awaiting your use.” Myrtle Fillmore, How To Let God Help You, 75.or
“The Buddha is said to have ten names, each describing an auspicious quality. The first, Tathagata, means… ‘he who has arrived from suchness, remains in suchness, and will return to suchness.’ ‘ Suchness’ is a Buddhist term pointing to the true nature of things, or ultimate reality. It is the substance or ground of being, just as water is the substance of waves.” Thich Nhat Hanh, Living Buddha, Living Christ, 41-42.
“Throughout the day as you acknowledge that regardless of the name or nature of your problem there is a He within you greater than any problem that faces you, you relax in Him.” Joel Goldsmith, The Altitude of Prayer, 74.
“Prayer is a ladder. Every prayer we make lifts us to a higher rung — a higher power, a higher truth, a higher vision, a higher faith. Every prayer we make is a step we take closer to God.” James Dillet Freeman, Prayer the Master Key, 70.
“Great men are they who see that spiritual is stronger than any material force – that thoughts rule the world.” — Ralph Waldo Emerson
“I appeal to you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship. Do not be conformed to this world but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that you may prove what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.” Romans 12:1-2.
February 21, 2024 – MIND SUBSTANCE!
“God is the universal substance in existing things.” — Lucius Annaeus Seneca

“God does not give us material things, but Mind substance — not money but ideas — ideas that set spiritual forces in motion so that things begin to come to us by the application of the law.” Charles Fillmore, Prosperity 31.
“But what can stay hidden? Love’s secret is always lifting its head out from under the covers, ‘Here I am!’” The Essential Rumi, Coleman Barks, et. al., 11.
“When you think of this earth and all that is upon it as being made of the very substance of God, and always under His divine law, you will no longer be disturbed by things going on about you. You will rest every night, and your days will be pleasant.” Myrtle Fillmore, How To Let God Help You, 83.
“The Buddha described the seed of mindfulness that is in each of us as the ‘womb of Buddha’ (tathagatagarbha). We are all mother of the Buddha because we are pregnant with the potential for awakening.” Thich Nhat Hanh, Living Buddha, Living Christ, 40.
“The practice of the Presence begins to remold your entire consciousness so that instead of your living your own life or being dependent on you own wisdom, education, or physical strength you are now drawing on this untapped invisible Source which is available to ever person in the degree that he knows the truth.” Joel Goldsmith, The Altitude of Prayer, 74.
“Man is seeking to lay hold of the power he knows lies all around him and within him. He is seeking to lay hold of the intelligence he senses is operating through things and himself. He is seeking to lay hold of more and more life, because he senses that life is coming into ever fuller expression. And dimly most of the time, but vividly sometimes, he senses that through and over and in all things — and most of all in himself — there is a Love at work.” James Dillet Freeman, Prayer the Master Key, 69-70.
“There is neither spirit nor matter in the world. The stuff of the universe is spirit-matter. No other substance but this could have produced the human molecule.” — Pierre Teilhard de Chardin
“Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.” Hebrews 11:1 KJV.
February 14, 2024 – INFINITE MIND!
“If a thing loves, it is infinite.” — William Blake
“When I look at thy heavens, the work of thy fingers, the moon and the stars which thou hast established; what is man that thou art mindful of him, and the son of man that thou dost care for him? Yet thou hast made him little less than God, and dost crown him with glory and honor.” Psalm 8:3-5.
“Man is a focal point in God consciousness and expresses God… Infinite Mind is here with all its ideas as a resource for man, and what we are or become is the result of our efforts to accumulate in our own consciousness all the attributes of infinite Mind.” Charles Fillmore, Prosperity 29.
“The wakened lover speaks directly to the beloved, ‘You are the sky my spirit circles in, the love inside love, the resurrection-place… You give attention to the smallest matters, my suspicious doubts, and to the greatest.’” The Essential Rumi, Coleman Barks, et. al., 9.
“The soul has built the body and ever continues to renew and rebuild it day by day. Spirit has no age; it is eternal, as God is eternal and unchanging. The soul is not old in the sense of being full of years and decrepitude. The soul is ever unfolding God’s ideas, and these are unchangeable. ” Myrtle Fillmore, How To Let God Help You, 16.
“The living Dharma (teaching, virtue) is mindfulness, manifested in the Buddha’s daily life and in your daily life, also. When I see you walking mindfully, I touch the peace, joy and deep presence of your being.” Thich Nhat Hanh, Living Buddha, Living Christ, 40.
“With the continued practice of the presence of God comes a steady lessening of personal responsibility. An inner quiet, a peace, and a joy develop which make contemplative meditation easier.” Joel Goldsmith, The Altitude of Prayer, 74.
“We have to work at the art of prayer along with the science of prayer. Let us perfect the art and unfold the science. Let us pray. Let us practice prayer. At the level where we are. Because this is the only place we can start. We cannot start from where we are not.” James Dillet Freeman, Prayer the Master Key, 69.
“Only two things are infinite, the universe and human stupidity, and I’m not sure about the former.” — Albert Einstein

“Because God the Son is made of the energy of the Holy Spirit, He is the door for us to enter the Kingdom of God. The Buddha is also described as a door, a teacher who show us the way in this life… allows us to enter the realm of mindfulness, loving-kindness, peace, and joy” Thich Nhat Hanh, Living Buddha, Living Christ, 38-39.
“Keep the word of God in your mind, in your soul, and in your heart. If you abide in the Word and let the Word abide in you consciously, you will be one of those who give the benediction, the blessing, not of yourself, but by the grace of God through the truth which you embody in your consciousness, and which you never forget.” Joel Goldsmith, The Altitude of Prayer, 73.

“Philosophy teaches that all that was ever known exists in the world of ideas. When we are able to rise into this realm, we shall know all things. But, in order to rise into it, we

January we touch on Lesson One: Spiritual Substance, the Fundamental Basis of the Universe.
Thank you for accompanying us on this journey of self-realization and discovery of our Divine potential!
Please affirm with us: “God, within me, is strong immovable Spirit substance. I am provided for in all ways!”
Thank you God, thank you God, thank you God!
For so it is and so it shall be, Amen!
January 1, 2024 – THE OPEN DOOR IN 24′
THE OPEN DOOR IN ‘24
NEW HAPPY YEAR to you and yours.
Our theme for 2024 is: “The Open Door” It is time to focus on what is true, what is helpful, intuitive, necessary and kind (think).
Prosperity is not about stuff and things, material objects or bank accounts. It is the consciousness that draws to us all that we need and desire. Its realization requires first a change of mind about our relationship with the universe and its creator (to repent is to ‘think again’) and then to act in accord with this new understanding.
“It is perfectly logical to assume that a wise and competent Creator would provide for the needs of His creatures in their various stages of growth. The supply would be given as required and as the necessary effort for its appropriation was made by the creature. Temporal needs would be met by temporal things, mental needs by things of like character, and spiritual needs by spiritual elements. For simplification of distribution all would be composed of one primal spiritual substance, which under proper direction could be transformed into all products at the will of the operator.” (pg. 3)
We will also be including quotes from “The Essential Rumi” translated by Coleman Barks along with quotes from the other authors we have been following this past year: Myrtle Fillmore, Thich Nhat Hanh, Joel Goldsmith, and James Dillet Freeman. And, related quotes from other spiritual writers, paths, and traditions plus biblical quotes will round out our weekly offerings.
Thank you for accompanying us on this spiritual journey. We know for you and for ourselves the truth, that with God as our Source all we need and desire is readily provided. So it is and so it shall be. Amen.
Realizing THE OPEN DOOR in ‘24’, and so much more.
Blessings of peace, joy & love. Peace Unity Network.
